| 1 | Number of Users | The maximum number of users that will utilize or see IDEA data. When software tools or reports are publicly available via the internet, the number of users will be set to “unlimited”. However, even if the tool is publicly available, we may set the number of users considering the realistic situation. These are cases when the substantial number of users are greatly restricted for reasons such as, the tool that incorporates IDEA data is only used in a specific sector and the versatility and reusability of the tool is low. | 50 users |
| 2 | IDEA data disclosure level | Please clearly indicate the purpose of the software and explain how IDEA data in that software will be used and represented to the users of that software.
